Flourishing Leadership for Work that Matters.

Have you done everything "right" but still feel stuck?

I help thoughtful leaders break false assumptions and cultivate organizations where people and organizations truly flourish.

What’s the Problem?

You may be hitting your numbers. You might have the right team in place. You might have accomplishments, but You, your team or your organization is stuck short of flourishing despite your best efforts. Yet here's the deeper frustration: you don't even know what questions to ask anymore. You've tried the operating systems, read the self-help books, copied the models that "work." But you sense something in your framework for reality is fundamentally off, that you might be optimizing inside a lie.

You don't want another tactic. You want clarity, truth, and a way of leading that produces real freedom and real fruit.

The Real Issue

Most leaders aren't failing because they lack effort or information. They're failing because they're optimizing inside a deceptive framework.

The self-help industrial complex keeps telling you the problem is you. That if you just optimize yourself better, focus more, implement more perfectly, everything will work.

But what if the problem isn't you? What if it's the framework you're working inside? What if more self-help is exactly what's keeping you trapped?

You don't want another tactic. You want clarity, truth, and a way of leading that produces real freedom and real fruit.

A Bit About Me.

I held senior leadership roles at companies like Saks Fifth Avenue and helped turn around organizations like Vera Bradley, stewarding large teams, navigating crises, leading culture shifts where both people and performance mattered.

Beyond business, I've invested deeply in city movements, church leadership, and boards like New Hope Girls and Greenville University, both domestically and internationally Those whom I have had the privilege of leading or partnering with consistently identify key assets that I have brought to the engagments—calm in crisis, surgical in insight, more interested in lasting flourishing than quick wins.

WHO I'VE WORKED WITH

I don't show up with a template. I enter your actual context, your business, non-profit, church, or leadership team, and start by probing the soil of underlying beliefs and paradigms.

I ask the third question. When you say "How do I grow revenue?" I ask "Why do you believe more revenue will solve what you're actually struggling with?" I go after the invisible assumptions quietly driving your decisions.

I name what you're sensing but can't articulate. You know something's off but you can't explain it. I put language to that vague discomfort.

I hold your assumptions up to truth. Rooted in a robust Christian worldview and decades of leadership experience, I help you distinguish reality from noise, freedom from independence, flourishing from mere success.

Together, we realign your aims and design practices that fit your actual world—so your leadership moves from self-optimization to others-help.

Areas of Practice

Speaking & Teaching

Catalytic keynotes and workshops that disrupt self-help narratives and reframe work as kingdom gardening. For leaders who need a “breaking chainsmoment that sparks deeper transformation.

Advisory & Executive Counsel

One-on-one and small-team engagements where I enter your real system to surface false paradigms, realign aims, and design practices that fit your context. For founders, executives, and church leaders who want a trusted advisor walking with them through transformation.

Cohorts & Group Labs

Small, time-bound cohorts like "dry soil to flourishing gardens" where leaders journey together from self-help to others-help. Through shared reflection and practical experiments, you clarify what matters and see measurable shifts in your leadership.
